I have been involved, in one way or the other, with ICE-SAR's urban SAR team and recently had the chance to follow them through a Modular exercise in Liverpool UK, where a full blown earthquake and it's aftermath was simulated. Well, when I say follow them through I am not really accurate since unfortunately I had committed to photographing a wedding back in Iceland on the second day of the exercise so I had only the first 12 hours of the whole thing to try and capture the action.
